Moby Dick Unabridged
Four days of classic prose, new artworks, live performances and fresh clam chowder.
Four days of classic prose, new artworks, live performances and fresh clam chowder.
Working in partnership with The Southbank Centre, we planned, created, co-commissioned and hosted a mammoth celebration of Herman Melville’s classic work.
Moby-Dick Unabridged was a four-day multimedia immersive reading of Herman Melville’s masterpiece for the London Literature Festival. The event involved hundreds of illustrators, dancers, animators, sculptors, actors, comedians, volunteers from the public and incorporated around fifty newly commissioned works, including a digital annotated ‘Special Relationship’ edition of Moby-Dick published by Pigeonhole Press.
Moby-Dick Unabridged was performed and brought to life with the generous assistance of our friends and artistic partners
